Spring Cleaning

I will have to get an after picture for this.

Saturdays have become so boring lately. I either play the piano, sit around and watch T.V. or stay in my room and sleep. Well yesturday, I decided to do something different and start raking the backyard! The faster we can get it all cleaned up, the faster we can open our pool! I pretty much raked most of the backyard and my mom bagged the leaves. I still think we should get the Mexicans (not in a racial way) to come do it like they did last year. It was AMAZING how fast they got both the front and backyard finished... IN TWO DAYS! But other then that, I am sure we can get it all done before my birthday so that I can have a far out party!

I took this when I was on the pool house.

Angie's Bridal Shower

My cousin Jill sitting on her daughter Lacie.
Angie opening presents.
A couple days ago, my mom and sister threw a bridal shower for my cousin-to-be Angie. The parts that I attended were fun. I was mostly downstairs watching the Jazz game with Patrick, my dad and Uncle Mike. Anyway, all we really did was eat, talk watch her open presents, watch a movie to see how well Angie knows Tim and watch Tim kiss her bows out. It is now tradition for everyone getting married, someone will make a video asking questions about themselves so that at the bridal shower, the girl will have to try to guess the answer. If it's wrong, she will have to chew on some sour gum. The other is that every present that has a bow or string on it, someone will have to tie them in her hair so when the boy comes to see her when the shower is over, he takes out the ribbon, and for every one, he kisses her.
As my aunt would say, " That's very tasteful!"

Manti/Delta

Over the weekend, My mom, dad, Clint and I went down to Manti to watch my cousin get married. Well Clint and I weren't able to go in the temple so we just went and got breakfast and drove around. It was so boring I almost went crazy! There is NOTHING down there at all! We ended up driving to Sterling (just about five minutes away from Manti) which was just as boring, but had these really big and nice cabins just above a little lake. It was like the smaller version of Fish Lake pretty much just with out the golf course. After the wedding was over, my parents then had to go to the wedding breakfast of which we were not invited to, which was another reason why it was pointless to go. So we just watch The Simpsons Movie and got something to eat. After we were done in Manti, we then had to drive another hour and a half to Delta for the reception later that night. We stayed with the other Barney's for the night and while we were waiting to go to the reception.

When we got the the reception, it was SO crowded! I was getting claustrophobic or something. It was good though I guess, we just stood around talked to my family and waited till the line went down to go congratulate them and everything. Later that night after everything was finally done, we went back to my aunt and uncles house and ate some sandwichs and watched The Prestige. Then just to end everything, Sunday, we just went to my cousins homecoming then ate and chatted after at some gym in Delta. I love seeing my dads side of the family and everything, but there is just never anything to do down there. But it will be good to see them again for my soon to be cousin's bridal shower.

Sandy Aquarium

BUBBLES!!!

So today, I met my mom, the boys and Elizabeth at the Sandy Aquarium. It was a lot of fun! I touch a stingray and it was CRAZY!! It felt like jello. *really squishy* It was just a small place to take the kids for a little while, but it was quite amazing! Ryan did educate me on the different kinds of fish and frogs and what not of course. He is just so dang smart!

Classic FUN Center!

Cami and I trying to balance.

Patrick playing tag with Ry and Tal.

So today, my mom and I took Ryan, Talmage and Elizabeth to Classic Fun Center! They are all just so cute when they are playing on the inflatables and games. Ryan and Tal got so many tickets; just their reaction was priceless. I am not a very lucky person, but when I was helping Elizabeth win some tickets with games, I got the Bonous or Jackpot every single time! Even when i wasn't even trying to win! It was awesome! The Pirate Cove is usually my favorite part. I took Elizabeth in it, but I didn't know she was afraid of heights, so just getting up to the top she would not let go of me and started to cry. I felt so bad! But she did love the slide. I love these kids!

Earlier today, Elle, Ry, Tal and I were goofing around taking pictures just before we went to Classic. They are such goonies!
